Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Morfio (the "Service") is operated by Tradeloop (Croatia) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who can use Morfio

Morfio is family-friendly and is not an adult service. It is intended for a general audience aged 16 or older. If you are under 16, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. What Morfio is

Morfio lets you browse original, AI-generated creatures, view their profiles, and vote for your favourites to influence public rankings. You can also join a waitlist to hear about upcoming features. Accounts and the ability to create your own creatures are planned for the future and, if introduced, may come with additional terms.

4. Nature of the content

All creatures are fictional, original, AI-generated characters. They are not real people or real animals and do not depict or represent any real individual. Content is provided for entertainment. AI generation can occasionally produce unexpected results; if you see something that seems inappropriate, please report it to contact@morfioworld.com.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the creatures, images, names, text and branding on the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may view them and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, redistribute, or use the content or images to train machine learning models without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not manipulate votes, rankings or statistics through automation, bots, scripts or fake identities.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights.

To keep rankings honest, we may discount, ignore or remove votes and views that appear automated or abusive.

7. Donations

Any donations are voluntary, are processed by a third party (Ko-fi), and are generally non-refundable. Donating does not purchase any product, service, benefit or ownership right.

8. Availability & "as is"

The Service is new and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law & contact
